Shanghai Gaorong Food Co., Ltd Fuqing Processing Facility was established in August 2002. The Fuqing base is located in Fuqing City, Fujian Province, not far from Mawei and Xiamen Ports, which provide the base with convenient transportations.

With sub-tropical humid climate, 350 frostless days each year, affluent rainfall, good water conservation and irrigation infrastructures, fertile soil, the region where the Fuqing base is located allows it a competitive advantage in growing produces that generally grow during the winter months.Gaorong has made an investment of 2 million Yuan RMB in the Fuqing base. The base stretches 5000 square meters, including a refrigerated warehouse covering 500 square meters. The Fuqing base has 1400 acres of farms, where it grows snow peas, sugar snaps, shallots and celery during the winter. The Fuqing base produces 1500 tons of vegetables that are shipped abroad during the winter each year.
