Heilongjiang base is located in Wudalianchi City, Heilongjiang Province. This base is the geographically northernmost of all Gaorong's bases. In the region where Heilongjiang base is located, there is extensive fertile blackland, along with good conservation and irrigation infrastructures and pleasant climate during the summer months. All these ensure that the Heilongjiang base produce quality counter-seasonal vegetables in the summer seasons.

Gaorong farms 1000 acres of land in this base where it grows broccoli and onion bred from foreign quality-grade seeds. To ensure quality and cold chain management, Gaorong has built nursery greenhouses and constant -temperature warehouses.
